The TJ was the second-generation Wrangler model, which re-introduced the iconic circular headlights that were missing from the YJ Wrangler. The TJ was the first jeep to use coil-spring suspension, which gave the TJ a smoother ride and better handling. The TJ is widely considered the most emblematic jeep of the modern era, due to its iconic design, long production run, and high production numbers throughout its run.
