The CJ-5 Universal is the civilian version of the M-38A1. It is arguably the most iconic jeep of all time, and it enjoyed the longest production run of any jeep. The iconic curved fenders were reproduced throughout the rest of the CJ models, and the versatility of the options saw it outsell all previous civilian jeeps by a large margin.
